Kim's Story

Driven by a genuine love for this work.

Kim's path into psychology was shaped by a deep curiosity about people and a desire to make a real difference. She completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Criminology at Monash University, before going on to complete her Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology at Swinburne University.

Over 15 years of practice, Kim has worked with hundreds of clients through some of life's most difficult chapters. She founded MSC Psychology - Mind · Support · Connect - on the belief that feeling truly understood is where healing begins.

Kim has a particular passion for supporting adults through trauma, depression, anxiety, and the challenges that come with major life adjustments - including those tied to the workplace. She also has a genuine love for working with adolescents, helping young people make sense of a world that can feel overwhelming.

"I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing. My role is simply to walk alongside you - to help you find your footing and trust in your own strength."

Mind · Support · Connect

Three principles. One purpose.

Mind

Mental health is the foundation of everything. Kim works with you to understand what's driving your distress - and to build the clarity, skills, and resilience to move forward.

Support

Healing takes time, and no one should have to do it alone. Kim provides evidence-based, personalised support that meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be.

Connect

Reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, and your life is at the heart of recovery. Kim helps you rebuild a sense of meaning, belonging, and engagement with the world around you.

Kim's Approach

Evidence-based. Deeply human.

Kim draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, always adapting to the individual in front of her. She doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all model - your therapy is shaped by your goals, your history, and what feels right for you.

Kim checks in regularly to make sure the work is landing, and she's not afraid to change direction if something isn't working. Therapy with Kim is a genuine collaboration.
