Mental health is the foundation of everything. Kim works with you to understand what's driving your distress - and to build the clarity, skills, and resilience to move forward.
Healing takes time, and no one should have to do it alone. Kim provides evidence-based, personalised support that meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be.
Reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, and your life is at the heart of recovery. Kim helps you rebuild a sense of meaning, belonging, and engagement with the world around you.
Kim's Approach
Kim draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, always adapting to the individual in front of her. She doesn't believe in a one-size-fits-all model - your therapy is shaped by your goals, your history, and what feels right for you.
Kim checks in regularly to make sure the work is landing, and she's not afraid to change direction if something isn't working. Therapy with Kim is a genuine collaboration.
Areas of Focus
Kim specialises in trauma, depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties - with a strong background in employment-related challenges including workplace stress, burnout, and career transitions. She also has a genuine love for working with adolescents navigating a rapidly changing world.
You shouldn't have to worry about cost getting in the way of care. Kim is registered to work with clients under several funding and compensation schemes - so you can focus on getting better.
